RP Carbon Clear Marine is a premium grade, high capacity activated carbon that removes toxins, chemicals, and medication residue quickly and safely from aquarium water for up to 12 weeks. RP Carbon Clear Marine is manufactured phosphate free. Each pack contains 3x 80g pods which are sufficient for up to 500 litres of water. Can be used in both reef and marine aquariums.
Features:
Carbon Clear Marine is an essential chemical filtering media, which provides constant water purification.
Using the highest-grade of carbon available, it has a huge surface area which means less is required.
This can be used for up to 12 weeks, which is at least twice as efficient as other carbons on the market. (Most other aquarium carbon products can only be used for 4-6 weeks.)
This results in maximum organic removal and ensuring the very best water quality.
Removes:
• Toxins including chlorine, chloramines, and heavy metals.
• Chemicals from things such as fish medication or water treatment overdoses.
• Medication residues, after treating sick fish.
Other benefits:
• Gives aquarium water a nice ‘polish’ leaving it crystal clear.
• Works in a wide range of pH and temperature conditions.
• Can be used in conjunction with RP products including Nitrate Remover Marine and Ammonia Block Marine.

Usage:
• For use in most sumps, external canister filters and certain internal filters such as those fitted in Juwel aquariums.
• Carbon Clear Marine MUST be placed flat and not squashed up, (to maximise exposure to water flow) and after biological to function correctly.
• Before use, in mature aquariums it is recommended that you clean the filter before installing the pods.
• Test water weekly during use.
• Dimensions: 12cm diameter x 10mm thick when in use. (8mm thick when dry).

• 1 pod for up to 150 litres.
• 2 pods for 150 - 300 litres.
